H2R allows you to decide what your employees will be able to access using the self service functionality.
H2R allows you to give managers access to their own community where they go to complete forms, update information and run reports.
HR controls the features available to each manager and powerful security ensures that a manager can only see and authorise data relating to their own team members.
Password administration is easy – if a user leaves their access rights can be revoked instantly.
