H2R comes with a comprehensive range of employee data screens allowing you to store information relating to every stage of the employee lifecycle from Hiring to Retiring.
H2R screens are very intuitive and easy to navigate.
Managing employee documents
H2R allows you to store electronic copies of any employee document. Upload any scanned document into the employee records in the database. Stored documents can be in any format including doc, xls, pdf, jpeg and bmp.
Integrate Mail merge in H2R
H2R has a mail merge wizard that enables you to quickly generate letters to employees using the templates in the Document Explorer.
These documents are automatically stored in the employee’s electronic file.
Additionally the wizard will also initiate a mail merge directly from any workflow generating letters as part of one seamless process.
Getting Information from H2R
H2R provides a preconfigured range of reports that make getting both strategic and operation information from the solution as easy as clicking a few buttons.
H2R has a wizard-driven report designer that allows you to create any number of your own reports.
Running reports is very straight forward – just click on the desired report from your community and the results appear on screen.
Reports can be output in PDF and wizard format and you can create data exports directly to Excel.
H2R also has a powerful graphic reporting tool that allows you to create any number of charts and diagrams.
Document management
H2R has a built-in document manager that allows you to store documents under full version control.
These documents can be made available to managers and employees via their user communities.
You can keep a full history of all the documents your company uses and ensure that your employees always see the latest version.
Documents can be stored in any format including: .doc, .docx, pdf, jpeg, bmp etc.
Logical work flows
H2R was designed around powerful workflow technology that allows you to automate any business process, which will reduce duplication of effort, ensure data accuracy and save your employees time and your company money.
We will create workflows for your company that match the way your company operates rather than forcing your company to operate to predetermined processes.
When creating workflows we select combine permutations of the following stages to create a single integrated workflow process:
- Reading data from the database
- Entering data to the correct location in the database
- Generating mail merge letters
- Authorising requests
- Sending email notifications
- Generate reports
- Create an Active Directory user account
- Writing data to the database
Form based workflows
H2R provides employees with the opportunity to start a workflow by completing an electronic form and clicking submit.

Trigger-based workflows
H2R helps you to manage important dates and set reminders for you, your managers and your employees including follow-up dates, contract end dates and any other important events.
H2R has over 100 pre-programmed workflow triggers. Pending tasks are displayed in a task manager window allowing managers and employees to see any tasks due for action an email reminder can also be sent automatically.
